That was a daunting task with two toddlers, and her ideas helped me calm down and make a plan.<br /><br />I can't remember the last time I ironed!! Many of my husband's shirts are "wrinkle resistant", meaning probably lots of scary chemicals but no ironing. http://www.flylady.ne...I did Fly Lady for a while:<br /><br />http://www.flylady.net/<br /><br />Her "philosophy" is not entirely in line with my way of thinking, and I found a lot of her routines to be a bit irrelevant to where I'm living, but by using them as a model I developed my own systems that saves me a lot of time.<br /><br />I find that I spend probably about 1 hour per day on laundry and that's just for three people. I particularly hate ironing although sometimes it is stress relieving when you think about it as bringing order to chaos. I'd like to chuck the lot in the bin, quite honestly, but my mum would never forgive me if she got photos of her grandchild in crumpled clothing (SIGH!!!!!)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
